GoToAssist Website Redesign

In 2010, I was the lead designer for the GoToAssist website. The main goals of our redesign efforts were to modernize the site, harmonize it with the marketing campaigns, and provide clearer paths to purchase and trial flows.  

I facilitated the design process, which involved wrangling and aligning multiple stakeholders from both marketing and product design departments. The new site saw a 26% improvement in the ratio of customer visits to trials and 122% improvement in the ratio of customer visits to leads.
